The lower right first molar was atraumatically extracted without any lingual or buccal flap. Immediate

presented with diffuse palatal swelling and mild pain in the upper left first molar. The

A patient came to the office complaining of the mobility of the old bridges, located

Intra Crestal (closed) sinus lift with immediate implant placement and Bond Apatite.

The patient needed implants in the maxilla. Lateral ridge augmentation was completed, and three months

The patient is a 52 year old male. In April of 2019 vestibular augmentation with
